FAQ - Lou Lou Box


How does the subscription work?

The monthly lou lou box is curated for you by our stylists. We put together fun, exciting, and trendy boxes based on the season, current styles, and great deals!

As a member of the lou lou box program, your credit card will be charged $39 plus tax every month until you elect to cancel your membership. When you signup your first charge will occur when you checkout and your next lou lou box charge will occur on the 9th of every month after, which is also the date we ship the box. We do not accept prepaid cards.

If you do not like the items in your box, contact customer service and we will give you instructions on how to ship the box back free of charge. We will only accept returns of the box if its entire contents are in original packaging and condition. Upon receipt of the box, we will issue you a lou lou e-gift card in the amount of $39 to use on our website Shipping of the replacement items will be free of charge. We only accept total box returns.


You may cancel your subscription at any time by using one of the following options: 

Access your account online at and select “cancel” or select "skip a month" if you decide to delay your box to the next month.

If you want to cancel your next order, you have until the 8th of each month, if you decide skip a month. After the 8th we will process that month's order on the 9th that ships out on the 15th. 

Email and inform us of your intent to cancel.

You may manage your preferences by signing into your account at An email with login credentials will be emailed to you as soon as you have signed up.

What about shipping ?

We ship our boxes on the 15th of every month. Please let us know if you prefer to have another monthly shipping date or if you wish your gifted box to be delivered on a specific date.

Shipping is free and returns are on us. A signature upon delivery will not be required.

The lou lou box is sent via USPS. 

Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of the US at this time. 


What happens when my gift membership expires? 

If you have a gift membership, your membership ends after the 3 or 6 month duration that was selected. You can always sign up to continue the membership.


How can I purchase additional quantities or different colors of items I receive in my box?

What if an item arrives damaged or broken?

Contact us either via email or call us at 540-431-2305 and we’ll send you a replacement.

What if I have allergies?

All of our jewelry is nickel and lead compliant. If you have a problem with a particular item, please contact us either via email or call us at 540-431-2305.
