Returning Merchandise Back to Lou Lou Online Store
You have 30 business days to return ALL regularly priced merchandise back to the online store from the order date
All items must be unworn and include the packing slip; there should be no visible signs of wear
Gift cards are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned
Sale or promo code items excluding free shipping can be returned in exchange for a web-only gift card for the purchase amount
Online orders may NOT be returned in stores. In-store orders may NOT be returned online
Returning Merchandise Purchased In-Store:
Our return policy is to accept regular price merchandise purchased in-store within 30 days of purchase, for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY:
We will accept merchandise that is unworn with original receipt & lou lou tags attached
All sales on discounted items are final
Orders made online cannot be returned or exchanged in store. Orders made in-store may not be returned or exchanged online
Store credit is valid at any physical location. Credits cannot be used for online purchases. Please see terms on back of card
Directions for Returning Items:
Complete the chart sent to you in your package to returned/exchanged.
Pack and seal your return items securely (in the original package if possible).
Include this packing slip with your return merchandise.

**Please note that no pre-paid address label is provided. You are responsible for all return shipping fees via the carrier of your choice. Using FedEx or UPS will ensure the fastest delivery back to us.
lou lou suggests you obtain a return tracking number for your reference.
Orders placed before 11am ET will be shipped same day. No orders will be shipped Saturday or Sunday, any orders placed Friday after 11am ET will be shipped on Monday the following week.
USPS Standard Rate – This is our super saver shipping option that is shipped completely through the United States Postal Service. It can take up to 6 business days to deliver and *does include customer tracking number. PO boxes accepted.
USPS Priority Rate – This shipping option is received by and handled through USPS. It will be dropped off by USPS. This option can take 3-4 days. PO boxes accepted. You will receive an email of the package tracking details once it has been shipped.
FedEx 2 Day Standard Express – This is our fastest shipping option picked up, handled, and delivered by FedEx Express. You can expect to see your package within two days of the order with tracking details.
